Hi, I'm Amanda C. the first fan of the week. I've read some of the things about the fan of the week on here and no I have not posted here but I do read it on a regular basis. When understood correctly the power I described as "sex appeal" would allow the person to have the ultimate form of control and manipulation. I thought that the way this could be used to save mankind was obvious... I was wrong. I apologize for not elaborating further in the entry. The person could get anyone to do anything they want at any time. This could be used to accomplish just about anything. I'm sorry that I was a "disappointment" to some of you. Maybe you should ask the people who chose me. If and when I feel the need to defend my entry more I will do so until then keep watching.

P.S. Thanks to the people who chose me and to whoever said that they probably just liked my picture. According to you, "sex appeal" already worked for me here just imagine what could be done if it was to a greater extent.

Don't sweat it Amanda. Your idea was probably partly chosen because it closely matches an upcoming spoiler. It is a good idea (the writers thought of it independently after all) and I agree, it would be a very strong power. Power comes in three main forms - strength, authority and influence. The fact that the latter is often the greatest seems to be a theme of later in the season if spoilers are a guide. You'll get the chance to say 'I told you so'!
