I have made some SVU Aim Icon and put them on www.iconator.com

it may take a few hours to get them on there. but when you go to the main page you can search for them with the tags...

i just take regular pictures (avatars work best) and resize them down to 49 x 49 pixels.

i just got avatars i liked, and used PhotoImpression to shrink them down to 49x49pixels. Any resizing proggram will work. i posted them earlier on the post also.
