joey styles quit on wwe and raw. i don't blame him but the dumb spirit squad, coach, and the king were always joking on him.
wow i was surprised when they had a lil confrontation and when the king knocked him down in his ass after joey styles smacked him in his face just for some spirit.

STYLES IS JUST A BIG CRY BABY EVERYTHING HE SAID WAS A LIE ANYWAY AND THE REAL WWE FANS KNOW IT , ECW SUCKS ITS NOT EVEN IN THE SAME LEAG AS WWE. IM GLAD HE QUIT I NEVER DID LIKE HIM ANYWAY, JR IS SO MUCH BETTER, SO WE ARE GLAD TO GET RID OF BIG MOUTH [censored] STYLES.

I agree that JR is much better than Joey Styles, but some of the stuff Joey said on Raw was true.
I just hope they don't put Coach as lead announcer, even Todd Grisham would be better, but I hope they bring back JR.

Vince approved everything that Joey Styles said!
It's just an angle in the storyline. Styles will be going to ECW to be the main announcer there and JR, now that he's through recovering from his surgery, will be back on RAW. It also looks like coach is going to be gone from the announce table as well.
I thought Styles' "I quit" speech was very well done, quite dramatic, and very entertaining.

Coach is coming back with a new, redesigned gimmick... no news other than that that I've read.
Styles was bull's eye accurate in everything he said. He couldn't have possibly been any more correct - period.
Plus, Styles is a VERY good announcer, who can actually call a match properly, as oposed to talking about a bunch of non-sense, that half the time has nothing to do with the match taking place.
It was immediately apparent, his first night at... what PPV was it... that he can call the HELLL out of a match.
But less than two weeks later, the WWE was trying their darndest to make him announce more like JR... it just didn't work.
They shouldda let him be himself, and call the matches as good as he can.

Joey Styles may have been right on some things, but to say that he was sick of the fans that bought into the sports entertainment element of wrestling made me sick, we as fans know it's entertainment, but for true wwe fans, we are all in the same boat because we watch wwe for the simple reason that WE LIKE WRESTLING !!!!!!!!!!
We're not stupid for christ's sake Joey, as to be honest i feel like my intelligence had been insulted by this man. ECW was great, it was innovative in the way they brought in a pure wrestling element to their show with Benoit, Guerrero, and Malenko and Jericho as well as bringing in luche libre into the united states. But i feel that Joey Styles has dimiinshed ECW in what he said.
