Hi, everybody. I've loved the show for years, might I say. Great program. This is the first time I've posted on the board here. Just to let you know, I really like quality TV and movies, and Monk fits right in. I was also a big fan of Columbo in the 70's. Any other former Columbo fans, now Monk fans? That's all for now. Hope to hear back from someone.

Thanks for the warm welcome. I just love the Monk show. I had sort of a withdrawal the night after the marathon this weekend. I watched about 5 or 6 episodes in a row. I wanted to do the same the next night. So, I put in the DVD of Tres Couleurs: Rouge (Red, of the Three Colors Trilogy, French/Polish). It was quite good, but there was no Monk in it. I wish the show were on every night. That would be nice.
I know, I've been posting on other boards & I think once
on Monk board...I love that man! This is my second post on Monk. I watch reruns...just any with Sharona or Natalie. He is so cool. His character sort of reminds me of Colombo
but Columbo didn't have to have box of wipes everywhere he went. Glad this board is here.

I was wondering about something. I frequently look at the board but have yet only posted a few times (6). When is my status as "stranger" left behind, and I become something other than "stranger". Perhaps 20 posts?
Also, I'm a sufferer of OCD. I don't mind admitting to it. Would it be a good idea to start a thread to perhaps meet other OCD sufferers or answer any questions anyone might want to ask about it from an 'expert'?

Hi Vicochoa...i started out as a stranger and now have worked my way to journeyman.You have to just keep posting and chatting and before you know it the stranger tag will be left behind.I have a few ocd's too....have a look through some old posts and im sure you will find some threads that have been posted before....you could always start one...i'll reply to it....it's the first time iv'e been on here since i signed up and it's nice to see a warm welcome and i'd like to say a huge hello to every Monk fan out there.

I love music from England, from the Beatles to the Arctic Monkeys, I've got a lot of CD's of English music. Even the new Pet Shop Boys CD is not bad. Hope you get your Monk showings on air on the BBC again. BBC . . . that brings back fond memories of Monty Python's Flying Circus. What a great show that was. Well, thanks again for responding. It's much appreciated.
Yeah London's not too bad...a tad expensive at times but interesting nevertheless.If you ever go to London Vicochoa make sure you take a visit to the West End....fantastic shows,great history and spooky at night.Never knew our music can be bought all the way over in Illnois,learn something new everyday....

Just wanted to say hello to fellow Monk fans! I've been lurking here a bit and decided to join. Looks like fun here, especially when the talk turns to Stottlemeyer. I thought Sean Connery was sexy until I saw Ted Levine as Stottlemeyer. With his flashing blue eyes, thick mustache, unbelievable voice, and super masculinity, I'm a goner! Great show, all around!

Carpal Tunnel equals the title the USA board gives you for the number of posts you have made. It's painful but it beats my last title of Pooh Bah.
Welcome aboard the All USA Monk Board all newly registered members. I don't come around much anymore but I've been known to lurk. I still love Monk as much as I always have - I just haven't felt much like posting anymore. My computer is taking a dive, slow as snails on dirt and $$ is not one of my largest commodities to take it in and have it injected for all the viruses it seems to have accumulated of late. Just when I am in the middle of a thought my keyboard freezes and a pop-up message tells me I need to download the latest version of some anti-spyware = that what happens when a teen grandkid gets on grandma's computer to visit restricted sites.
Glad to see so many more people are discovering that 'lovin Monk' is a wonderful experience and this great board makes you so many 'new and exciting' friends.

Thanks so much for welcoming me and all newbies to this site! I tend to do more reading than writing, as in person I'm kinda quiet. But, like you, I'm friendly and love to have fun in forums and on message boards. I'm also into loving squirrels and spend time there too. Been spending too much time on the computer lately, LOL! Sometimes it's all I can do to keep up with what's new, let alone post!

Hello! I am a HUGE MONK fan and I LOVE Traylor Howard coming to this awesome show, (I've loved her on ..Pizza Place show too). My question is that I have trying to track down the beautiful necklace that Natalie was wearing all of season 2. Where can I find one? Her character doesn't wear in anymore though.
