As a Nicole fan, I have to admit last night was not her best, nor was it reflective of her talent. I challenge anyone to put out their best in that situation. The stress of being on the hot seat, then losing yet another friend in Jared. Then having to perform live on TV to millions of people.

I dont like the bashing but I also realize it is not based in reality as it is only being placed on 2 performances. Anyone that thinks Nicoles first 3 weeks (and I contest Family Man was butchered by the producers cutting 60 % out of the song) were bad is just out of their mind. As a fan I can admit Nicole not her best last night, but an off night doesnt mean she isnt talented or doesnt deserve to be where she is.

The Nicole bashers did Nicole a favor last night. I put in extra votes for Nicole because of their rudeness.

I just don't know how you can say these negative things looking at all of her performances. No, last night wasn't her best, but she still did ok. Just think of how you would feel with all of this pressure on you for weeks and getting down to the last two? She had an emotional song to get through, a tough one and the waiting & wondering just got to her. As I've said before, everybody has their off days. She was feeling the pressure last night, and her nerves got to her a little. She's human, so cut her a little slack. I might be pulling for Nicole, but I can appreciate all of the talent that is up there on that stage and would never try to pull any of them down. I admire them for going after their dreams, and having the talent that put them there. Nicole has a beautiful, powerful voice. I've been lucky enough to meet her. Let me tell you, she's a sincere and good person who is passionate about her music. She certainly isn't getting my votes because I sympathize with her for being a mother or female. She's getting my votes because I've been moved by her talent, and touched by the always optimistic, sincere and classy way that she represents herself. I would certainly buy her cds and pay to see her in concert because she's exactly the kind of person that I want to see have success because she deserves it. I think that she certainly sets herself apart in a crowd, has something to offer and just has a very special quality about her. I hope that everything works out for her, and that she's able to achieve what she really wants.

Omg!!!!A bunch of deaf people on here! I guess all of her screeching like a dying cat has mess up your ears! That woman can not sing! All of the shows so far she has sounded horrible, how she is staying on, is luck! And I trust me its not good luck its bad luck, up there trying to sing, and cant!All you that are voting for her are only making a fool out of her, by letting her stay!

Well, I am sorry but she just didnt bring it at all last night, like I said , she might be a very good person and all, but honestly if she cant take what people are saying about her singing, then she is trying the wrong career! Maybe, if she would step back think about the songs she is gonna sing, she if they will match her voice, have a vocal coach help find what is right for her and what isnt, then see what happens, but I am sorry her choices are making her sound awful! the right song for her voice might turn it around! Oh yea , and I can take it there is not a problem there! I deal with ruder, meaner people than you daily!

No Problem! I live in Texas now since August 05 and I'm still very homesick. It is so great to hear about such an exciting time for the tri town area! My kids are so excited that they get to see their old highschool on TV next week! My daughter had a class that Nicole came into and spoke with the kids and she said she was really nice! I'm sure Grimmer Middle school is also buzzing b/c that's where her mom works. I'll say one thing, I have a new found respect for people who live their lives in the public eye. People seem to take on some weird ownership mode. It is bizarre and I hope that Nicole and her family are getting good advice on how to handle it. Her husband being a policeman may be a good thing! I just feel so bad for her. It is stunning how critical people can be! In the big picture what is really so desperate about who the winner is anyway? I think what all the contestants are doing is way cool no matter what! How many times have we heard that it's not really the prize at the end anyway, it's the ride there that turns out to be the biggest reward in the end!

I am grown up, you guys acting like Nicole hung the moon, have some serious issues, she cant sing, but I will give her that see can write, and play!(I think she has a career there, but not singing) i I hate the fact that you are mean people setting her up for a major fall on national tv!That is just plain out wrong!

Do you feel threatened by the fact that she has a VERY LARGE fan base or what. It's really rediculous that you say she can't sing because the last time I checked she beat out over 20,006 people to get top 4. WOW good thing she can't sing HUH? LOL
