Messy = Greg's living room (books/papers are everywhere)
The episode was "Honeymoon" after House fixes Stacy's husband, he watches them kiss in the hospital room... The camera pans to Greg's living room, and he's sitting on the piano bench and the music is playing "You can't always get what you want"... and he pops his pain pill. Sorry, I'm rambling, but I liked that episode...I felt so sorry for him at the end.

Cujo, Totally agree with you here. That's what I was thinking when I wrote messy. The episode I just saw the other night ends with him playing piano and dumping his vicodin out on piano top....I always feel sorry for him,
but what a wise a$$. He cracks me up with what he even tells patients sometimes...Like the other night, he told that model, you're not a woman you're a guy.
