She is wild and wacky, one of a kind
Some people think she’s out of her mind
She does things in her own unique style
I sure thought she would stay a while

She sang and yodeled opening night
Her fans were filled with joy and delight
But the judges were not so quick to praise
The performance she made on that stage

A yellow ribbon she did wear
To support the troops over there
Her personality did shined through
On the video blogs we all viewed.

She has a voice so crisp and clean
Boy can that girl really can sing.
She made me want to hear much more
But the voters just closed her door.

I have no doubt that she’ll bounce back
Her fans will support her that’s a fact
I look forward to hearing her songs
Played on the radio all day long

Just remember there is always a way
To turn around even the darkest days
A door may close hard on you
But another will open for you to step through

You may have left Nashville Star
But you will always be in our hearts
Your fans will always think of you
