I just finished, well almost finished, last night's show. Too many things to do and see last night so I taped it. How in the blessed world did this happen? Melanie was my winner, hands down. I will not finish this season. Chris Young is cute and I would love for him to get rid of the hat, but he is still second fiddle to this lovely, young woman. I am so disappointed in this:(

Chris lifted his hat at the end of his song. I feel someone else should have left but it was up to the voters. I have watched all seasons and was crushed when Sean left on NS2, Lance on NS3 but I still watched. I didn't expect Melanie to come in first but I HAD figured her to be in the Final Four who go on the tour.

No offense, blgnterv, but it sounds like it could be your fault she's gone.

If you cared enough to watch the show, but not enough to vote, then that would explain why she's gone.

Now of course I could be wrong. You waiting until today to watch the show because you were busy did not necessarily mean you didn't vote, especially the week before. If so, forgive me for using you to make a point.

Voting is important, no doubt. Some of us have to record the show and watch it later, ducks for us. It would be nice if voting was longer or the show be on earlier, for my situation. The Nashville Star voting is far from perfect, and neither are our life styles (occupations). Melanie should have definity been at the top of the finalist group. Later, bob.
