The premiere of “Thief,” starring Andre Braugher, gave FX its lowest rating for a drama premiere in the history of the network. It’s 2.5 million viewers on Tuesday rated behind pilot premieres of "The Shield" (4.8 million), "Rescue Me" (4.1 million), "Nip/Tuck" (4.1 million) and "Over There" (3.7 million).

Alrighty, then. I had wanted to see this show, before I knew Bitty was in it. I like Andre Braugher. But---on Tuesdays, I always watch Law & Order on TNT and then The Closer. I love The Closer. I've always liked Kyra Sedgewick in movies, etc. She's a riot in this show. If some of you haven't seen it, I'd recommend it when it comes back on in new shows. Another one I gotta wait til summer to see new ones. *sigh*

I love Law & Order (although I've seen most of them numerous times) and the Closer, but I watched Thief last night, and it reruns some time on Sunday (check the FX webpage for when). It's really really good! I suggest you watch it now (can you tape it for later?) because if the ratings stay low, you may not have another chance!
