Hey all, my name is Christina and i'm from New Zealand.
My favourite character is Olivia and i'm not a shipper.
We are a bit behind everyone else as we haven't even started season 7 yet, so please bear (sp?) with me if I ask stupid questions

Kiwi_girl, you can buy the season 7 episodes on iTunes if you are anxious about seeing them. I don't know if it's different there or anything with the iTunes, but we're on the 18th episode so far. (wow!)

A shipper is someone who wants two people in a show to get together ... I should've said im not an el/liv shipper because I don't want them to get together

Thanks, i've been to the Itunes store and I got the impression you could only buy from there if you are in certain countries of which New Zealand wasn't one

Welcome ... us newbies should stick together
The thingy at the bottom of everyones posts it called a signature ... to make yours click on "my home", then down the bottom edit personal information ... and then create your signature in the signature box ...

You should come to Boston... nice and dirty, mucky water, snowing one day, 80 degrees the next. Sometimes we get 2 feet of snow in a day or two! Or it can be hailing in one town and in the next blue skies. Sometimes we even get tornados or the remnants of a hurricane. It usually doesn’t snow on Christmas, but it’s made up for in the spring, when we get huge amounts of snow as an April Fool’s prank. And all this weather makes our grass a nice shade of yellowish- brown and our trees dead for 7 months out of the year. Oh, beautiful, predictable, Boston weather! You'd feel right at home.

I really love Boston and hope to move there one day. I competed in karate (New England Open)there for thirteen years (not the last 3 due to injury I retired). We used to compete at Boston Univ. hockey arena, then they moved the tourney to Wochester.

BU's a nice location, right next to Newbury Street. Best shopping around.

Since Irisheyes brought up karate...
At school we just had a little two hour self defense class, and it was really helpful! I would seriously consider start taking classes. It might make me feel a little more secure when I have to do my paper route at night.
I know that didn't have much to do with the subject, but oh well...

Karate is great, not just for self defense, but for confidence and self esteem...I have been training and teaching for over 15 years...I used to compete, but like I said, due to four ACL knee surgeries, I was forced into retirement from competition...If I do go to tournaments I only will judge...

Yeah, all the girls had the self defense and then a self esteem speech. I think it all really helped. First we were tought that fighting is only your last thing you should use. You should use your voice and make eye contact. When we were just yelling, the trainer pointed me out and said I was a loud one. lol

They are correct...fighting is always the last resort...
