Monique, I applaud you for your courage and talent! I am and always have been a big girl who has an amazing voice but I hate rejection and it seems like every audition I've been on they only wanted the skinny girls and forget that I can actually sing very well! I'm sorry but I am who I am and it ain't size 4. In highschool I was a size 12 but two babies and twenty years later and I am a size 24. I'm so impressed that you have the courage to get up there and sing your heart out! You go girl and don't let anyone tell you that you aren't marketable because of your size.

Also, I was pretty disappointed with the judges on the first episode when, during your performance, the camera showed John Rich and Anastasia Brown who both appeared to be making fun of your size. Perhaps I was reading that all wrong but that's certainly how it looked to me and all of my friends. I may never buy a Big & Rich CD again! That was rude and they can mark off an acre of my A** and go to kissin' it!

You just keep singin' great & I'll keep on votin' for ya'!

I agree and no matter what Monique's size, she is a beautiful person inside and out and a very beautiful singer. God has truely blessed her.

Unfortunately, the judges are not really seeing Monique. She is a great singer and seems like very caring lady. I wish her the best and, yes, the Lord has truly blessed her with awesome talent.

Casey Rivers fan but think Monique is great - and I despise those who only see the outside of people. Close your eyes and just listen to their voices. Their weight
(heavy or thin) is NOT who they are.
