For a lesser known song which I think you could really make your own, I'd go with Hanna-McEuen "Something Like A Broken Heart". Wow...without the hat? GOOD LUCK!!!!! I honestly don't see Jared taking off that hat on stage...he always performs with it on.

Now, as for a love song or ballad...he does KILLER versions of "She only Smokes when she drinks" and "Three wooden crosses", which he recorded before they were recorded and released by Joe Nichols and Randy Travis. He could knock it out of the park with either.

If he could do a previously unrecorded song..."I miss it now" or "The Next Glass" are two of his really great songs. But he has to save "Sally Sells Seashells" for original song night!!! Cause I love that song he wrote!!!

I totally agree Jared needs to do.. either she only smokes when she drinks or three wooden cross's..he is awesome on them two.. but he has some amazing originals he does...which the best one of his is..the one he wrote for his grandma which i love and it hits home with me... keep rockin Jared
