I wanted to know if anyone knew whether it's OK to use the "thereelvincentdonofrio.com" site clips to make fan videos if u give them credit at the end. I know the site is under construction, but I was thinking of making a fan video and if the site comes back, i'd like to use clips from there.

Elliotstablerfan, I suggest you get permission from the site owner directly. Most times it's OK to "borrow" and giving credit is enough. But I'd check first to be on the safe side.

The reel administrators are good people, so I'd contact them. There's also a chance the sources of the clips might need to be contacted as well.
