Yes, Mo is my cousin. I am very proud of her. It's been a privilege to watch her over the years come into to her own as a fine musical artist. I am so excited for her & can't wait to see her & her talent explode on that stage. I'm sure many are going to be moved by her performance. Monique, I'm sure, is very aware that she is competing with some very talented individuals. I also know that Monique shines in competitions. She's been engaged in them most of her life, and has always done quite well. People are just naturally drawn to her musical talent & warmth and can't help but approach her. It's amazing to watch. She is able to engage with her audience no matter what age they are and captivate them. I'm sorry, I could go on & on about the talent of my cousin.
I saw that town name shortly before I was married. Do you know how they pronounce it?

Nice to see Monique getting some fans on here telling us more about her. From the videos of the contestants I have to agree that she is one very talented lady!

Monique is very talented yes, but she is even more than that. Monique is Generous. I sometimes think she works 3+ jobs so that she can offer to pay for something or buy something from a struggling Cookie Lee dealer or something sweet like that.

Hey Ms. Ellie; You and I are the only fans of Monique that are currently on the message boards and living in the high desert. Therefore, it is up to us to get the people up here fired up about her. I suggest we paint messages on each of our family members car with plugs for the show and our SB County resident.

Great Idea!!! I think you should start with your husband, I bet he would love that!!
Had to edit, when I read your post the first time I apparently glossed over the word car. LOL

OMG Moniques fan too I was soo wanting to do that. I got to announce it in my Physiology class tonight so everyone said they were going home and they were going to watch and vote for Monique and one girl posted her Country Weekly at her job and asked people to vote for Monique. and then EVERY where I go I pull out the picture and ask people to vote for her. so I hope it helps. Where in the high Desert are you?

Maybe we should put signs on our family members though!!

OMG your not taking physio over there are you? How do you find time to post, with all the useless memorization exercises you have to go through to memorize a bunch of useless and confusing info that patients will never be able to relate to. I am actually approx. 45 miles north of you, and finishing my last semester here in a physio class also. Where I know I am learning what I need to know and then I will be given a chance to develop my foundation and move on later to master what you are currently memorizing. Sorry but from my experience there was once only one science inst. there who taught a serious lesson.
As for putting signs on our family members I don't know if signs would be accepted, and judging from the post of phelanfroggy she probably agrees, But some small messages on a button or maybe a t-shirt may work.
What ever we do we really need to turn up the heat cause it seems mighty cold in the high desert. However, last night I had the entire hospital fired up and they were all raving and can't wait till next week.
If we should consider t-shirts I may be able to get some printed here with Monique's picture and all. Let me know what you think and from that we will figure a way to connect to make it happen. In the mean time I will find out what it will cost to make the pins and the t-shirts.

I want to do it, but I won't tell my size on a board, that will be private. k? So tell me how much it would cost and I will see how many people want one. And yes I am taking Physio at VVC, however I am not taking it with Harvey.

I could handle a Monique T myself. But, I do have an old button that I could wear as well. I think she was about 15 when her Grandmother had them made. Do you think that will do?

I agree we should all get t-shirts made, stickers for the cars. I want to put up a collage of Monique at my work and put her Nashville star information as well! I hope everyone continues to vote and support Monique! Keep the posts coming.

Hey, I'd like to get a couple of shirts for my visit to Nashville this week. I'm leaving Sunday. What great ideas. Oh and I'd love to take a few buttons out with me too. I can help with some of the costs. Send me a private message and we'll get this going.
