thereelvincentdonofrio.com site was closed down tonight...maybe permenantly. In Elizabeth DO's blog apparently she is angry because someone posted one of her family photos without permission, and so she said that she was shutting her site down. Apparently, that triggered thereelvincentdonofrio.com to shut down too. The sites look very similar to one another so I assume they are connected somehow.

So now I'm bummed. First, I hear that cancellation is a possibility and now the best VDO site shuts down. I thought there were tons of interesting material on that site including some insight into VDO's personality.

So now I am hoping that the new ep. tomorrow night kicks ass. I want to see some Goren show and some Eames snark. And I want them to flirt because I do and that's that.

I'm so angry about that. I'm working on a Bobby movie, and I get all my clips from there, and now I can't finish my movie. I can't find another site that has that many clips on it. If anyone knows of one, please tell me.

I had problems getting on the Reel, but just now I checked again and it's up and running. I'm not sure if the down time was a temporary glitch or a bad omen of more problems to come. I really enjoy the Reel and I hope it stays up.

The "thereelvincentdonofrio.com" site is up and running? I just went there and it was still down. Or were u talking about a different site? if so, wat's the name of that site?

It now seems site maintenance is the reason behind the temporary shutdown of the Reel site. This is the direct link: www.thereelvincentdonofrio.com I went back to check again, and this is the message I get:

The reel site is a terrific one, but it's frequently been abused by people who've stolen (and these people are thieves) clips, photos and other materials. I've also had the impression that Ms. D'Onofrio's site has been the victim of similar thefts. I have every sympathy for her anger and for the owners of the reel site.

It'd be very unfortunate if the acts of some very ignorant or very stupid or very selfish people would deprive everyone else of these sources. And hurt the people who've provided such a service.

I have enjoyed the Reel site so much. Learned alot and contributed, too. I am very sorry for those who abuse its priveleges and hope it is up again soon.
