While I was watching last nights epy on NBC I realized that Chris is a really good actor i mean i've seen his previous work and i know that he's talented but last night i realized he is really good. And it angers me that he has never been nominated for an Emmy or Golden Globe or SAG For his role in SVU I really do beleve that he desrves a nomintion and even a win. So what do you guys think?

He is such a fantastic actor and he is so well rounded it is a shame that he has not been recognized for his talent. Just by looking at a few of the rolls he has played, Stabler, Keller from Oz, and Gene from Wet Hot American Summer for example, shows how well he can play such diverse characters and do such a convincing job with each of them. Hopefully the rest of the world will wake up and recognize his talent.

He's also not as well-known as say, Mariska. It's a shame because he's so good!

the fisrt time I saw him was on SVU and fall in love with his talent instantly and then i watched him in every 9 seconds as a wife beater and he scared me i hope the hollywood people reconize his telants soon.

he needs to get some awards... i love it that mariska gets tons and tons of nominations and awards, but i hate it that they just sort of forget about chris!!! he's great too!

no offense to the mariska fans or to mariska if she reads this, but i thought from the beginning that chris was a way better actor than MH. i found it strange he was never nomiated or anything.

i love chris he's like all over my wall and i am waiting until he get an emmy, and he is a good cryer, and i like that each role he gets in movies or a show he will always play the same character and i like that in him(a father, a husband, or a cop).i support him all the way. and he's very funny(mad tv episode)

wat i like about him as an actor is that he can and has played many differ roles. i havent seen that from mariska and i hope to.
but no offense to chris i dont think that he's a good cryer. everytime i see "ripped" i laugh and call him a cry baby. i personally think he cant cry it just makes me laugh.

I agree. His crying is not convincing. But he does anger GREAT!

in ripped its just funny the way he put his face like a real baby. like picture a baby saying "waaaa" thats how he looked like but he is still an awsome actor.

Stabler made me cry when he did. And Mariska played a hooker, a rape victims, outlaw, and other rules too.
