Our window on the lives of the Nashville Star finalists normally lasts just one hour per week. This season, however, we'll get to learn more about each of the 10 contestants thanks to the video blogs they'll be creating. We'll see another side to the artists as they run down the highs and lows of riding the road toward becoming the next Nashville Star. Check back every week for new video blogs from each of the remaining contestants:

I just watched Casey's video blog and wow what a neat personality he was so natural and seemed so at ease! By the way I loved the way he ended the blog he has a great sense of humor I needed that laugh!! It all makes me even more excited for the show to start!! GOOD LUCK CASEY!! I'm behind you all the way!

I cracked up laughing at the end of his video, how funny!
I really enjoyed watching his video blog, it was very interesting. Can't wait to see him on the show Tuesday

I also watched Casey's video blog. He does have a great personality and is a really caring person with a great sense of humor, plus his awesome singing ability. With all of this going for him, he should go far. I'm rooting for him all the way.

Too funny. I kept thinking he is going to pull that curtain back and kill us with his body... Meaning a good thing.

Just saw Casey's new blog...He talks about Shy and I think it's great. He really seemed saddened by loss of his roommate and said some great things about him.
I thought blog was awesome & it's great because it wasn't all about him, true to himself, always thinking of others.

I also loved Casey's latest blog. The things he said about Shy were so sweet, I loved the first two blogs he did they were so funny, but in the last one we got to see a different side of him. Casey you are a doll.

I just got done watching Casey's video blogs.
The first two were hysterical. I mean who takes a shower in their clothes? That was great! But his third and last one, so far, was so heartfelt when he was talking about Shy.
I know that with that type of attitude he will definitely go far.

Loved the blog but sooooo happy to hear him sing "Your Cheatin Heart" last night. We had just been talking about it. He was awesome last night and received great comments. I don't think Anastasia should have said what she did to Chris. Don't want her to cause resentment between the stars.
Judging was fair and I think it was best show for all and I think the wrestler was right on with his comments. I have to say I enjoyed Casey's performance the most and then I'd say Chris Young.
Was Casey playing his new guitar - I loved the way he chose to do his song. It looks like they received different kinds of guitars....I love the picture of them all receiving them.

why didn't someone tell me I didn't correctly spell PERFORMANCE before...lol - just corrected it.

When I first saw the video, like some others I have read thought, I thought that Casey had really grown a beard. And I thought, "How could he do that so fast?"
And then to find out it was chocolate pudding. How funny!!
I can't wait to see his next blog.

It was funny and my first thought was, it's not even the same color as his hair or patch under chin. I do hope he isn't going to keep it. He is too funny.

Melinda, Casey's newest blog is out...some of the others trying new ways to do their blogs too. Look at Kristen's.

I just got done watching Casey's video blog. He did anotherGREAT one.
When he was sitting on that bench and was trying to talk over the noise of the waterfall was so hilarious!

You are so right girl! I loved it...did anyone else catch the "forest gump" line at the end...he sounded just like him...now, tell me I'm not crazy! You guys listen to it again...he says "well that's all I have to say about that" as soon as the sound of the water is gone!
He has such a keen sense of humor.
I am so excited about tonight. He has nothing to prove to us but there are some of the, ummmmm, judges maybe. They just need to hear him sing again!

Casey Rivers is the best one on Nashville Star this year. He is the best one that has ever been on the show like forever! He can sing, he's hott, and hes gorgeous. Lol... Casey better win this year because he deserves it!

I just got done watching Casey's #6 video blog.
It looked like he was really enjoying his pizza, or whatever he was eating.
And he definitely looked at ease and in his element in front of the camera.
He really is a crack-up.
