It's the episode where Elliot's former partner's son was involved with an assault. He gets too involved and hurts his former partner because he learns that he abuses his son. Elliot talks to Hendrix & tells that he was abused as a child.

Ripped was Intense, i felt sorry for Elliot, he cried his eyes out when he was talking to Hendrix that was the first time i know he was seeing a shrink.

Well in Charisma he had to talk to Huang. I'm not sure if there was another time though.

He talked to Skota (sp?) and the other lady in the episode where they all had to talk to shrinks and he got sent to the Morris Commission.
