It's a special. Since WM22 is three weeks away from the SNME it will be used to build up the matches for WM and possible throw in some curves and surprises.

So, it will feature both RAW matches and SD matches.

Is the SNME on USA,PPV,UPN/CW or what? And when is it on?

It'll be on NBC sometime, March 19th I think...

^ The Current Deal is that WWE will have two SNME's a year during their USA contract. If the specials do well, who knows.
