here's a few funny ones that i liked
Detective Alexandra Eames: So the victim came into this cubicle, hung her bag on the hook and then the suspect came in.
Detective Robert Goren: No, I think she put her bag on the floor. Otherwise the suspect could've just reached over the door and grabbed it.
Detective Alexandra Eames: No. She put it on the hook.
Detective Robert Goren: Oh, I get it. A girl thing.
(this one was funny cuz she wasn't trying to be all correct about it and he was, then the funny look that she gave him after he corrected her)
Detective Alexandra Eames: What's that?
Detective Robert Goren: Fishscale.
Detective Alexandra Eames: Great, she was attacked by a shark.

Ahhh, ya beat me to it !! But I thought when he pulled the tag off he says, its a luggage tag. I know he mumbled somthing, any which way it was funny.

lol I saw that episode...
It was really funny when Goren starts pulling out the bag, and Eames does this nervous "attempt-to-turn-away-then-realizes-there's-no-danger-then-comes-back" maneuver. It also sounded like she said something like "...oh God...", but maybe that was just me either way, it was funny,and it cheers me up just thinking about it.

My favorite dialogue ever is from the episode Jones. I copied and pasted it from IMDB:

Yeah, I love that episode. I used to have wallpaper from that scene as my background at work. I keep waiting for it to be on tv again so that I can tape it. I don't really want to buy the whole first season just for one episode, even if it IS my favorite episode.

last night while watching Bright Boy, Goren and Eames were talking about Robby and how difficult it had to have been a child growing up a genius and how unadjusted he had to be. They bring up being in school and Goren mentions that when he was in school he spent alot of time with the school counselor and he asks Eames, what about you ?
She says, "I was so well adjusted they voted me prom queen."
The look on Gorens face was classic.

That look was fascinating to me. It seemed to start with surprise, as if Goren never expected Eames to be a Prom Queen, and then some realization of how different their backgrounds were. I got the sense that Goren realized that in high school he and Eames would probably be totally unaware of the other's existence if they didn't actively dislike each other. It's a wonderful bit of acting.

Darn, I'm not sure. Goren has files piled all over the floor and is stepping around to look at them in that Gumby way he has. Eames walks in, smiles, and makes that comment. The ep was on recently, but I don't have time to research it right now(I'll be out of town for the next three or four days), but you can google for quotes. There may be a site for them. Maybe someone else remembers.
