I haven't watched Smackdown in a while but I heard Melina is suing Batista for sexual harrasment. Someone tell me whats up wit that.

A few weeks ago Melina seduced Batista and after wards she wanted Batista to give up the match against MNM, but Batista said no, so Melinas decides to sue batista as away of getting back at him....anyway its all a storyline, not real by any means

If it was real she wouldn't get anything out of it, because they have it on tape, besides she didn't have to do anything like that in the first place. She just plain out dumb.

dude it's a storyline it's fake, told by Vince and the writers, on screen she's suing Batista but it's fake, if it werwe real bet you batista would have been fired by now

well appareently even if this situation is handled Batista needs to find a way to deal with Henry my idea is usa a chair, spinebuster through the annouce table and a couple shots then just smile at melina just to make her scream

It was a new angle is the Batista and MNM storyline. Now that Batista has dropped the belt they'll more than likely drop the angle and just forget about it.

Totally agree with you. Mark Henry shouldn't even be showing up on SD let along working for Melina. Just because he's The World's Strongest man doesn't mean he goes around beating people up and beside Batista's not going to do anything to Melina anyways. She's the one who harrassed Batista in the 1st place. U guys agree with me?

oh i agree and Batista will win that lawsuit plus Mark Henry is just to prone to getting beat up! (the bigger they are the harder they fall) and i think that Mark Henry just need to get out of Melina and on to something else... (or just get out for good)
