Here's my theory; I believe Isabelle made Kyle kill Jordan. It makes sense 'cause she gave Jordan that false sense of hope and since she [supposedly] has the ability to control people's minds and the objects around her. I believe that she is the reason Kyle is having black outs and is the key to saving the future. Perhaps she had to make a tradgic situation occur to bring all the 4400 come to together and form a stronger bond than just meeting in a organized location and doing a meet and great. I think Jordan's death might add substance that is needed to bring them together.
Also, am I the only one who thought the body in that one room in "Life Interuppted" contained Jordan's body? Just wondering.

I thought Tom was going to find his own body under that tarp! I wasn't expecting Alana at all.

I think i may disagree. As a former X-phile i know that when it comes to Sci-fi no one is dead, esp. Collier. If his missing body is not indication of that, i don't know what is. Furthermore, Isabelle doesn't know who Kyle is. And yes she is from the future, but i don't think she has anything to do with Collier's "murder".
In one of the earlier eps. Maia says that someone is coming who will change everything or make it better (i can't remember which right now), but I think Isabelle is that someone. Right now it may look like she is turning into a demon baby but i think she is here for a higher purpose than to extract revenge from her 12 year old half-sister. Remember she could have killed Heidy if she wanted to and she didn't.
