Since they are promoting this House/Cutty relationship the show is not the same. I honestly don't like it anymore.

I disagree. I had pretty much stopped watching once they had that whole season with House trying to identify new members for his team using that dumb competition where he started with a large number and then people were let go each week. Too many characters and the story lines just didn't seem up to standard. But when I heard about the romance story line, I came back just to see how things develop.

I disagree too, this relationship adds many things to the show, now It's not just another medical TV series, It's a whole new life with many overlapping stories!
