I was the one telling him to keep his head down until I could find out more about who was after him....No need for theatrics. I want Michael alive as much as the next guy - unless, of course, the next guy's Ukrainian."
* So self-satisfied that he exhibits not the least hurry or concern for Michael's well-being.

I know we've featured Vaughn as a Smug SOB...but how about Vaughn as a snake that is bright and colorful on the outside, but contains deadly venom in its fangs?

Not sure any other guests will be as fun as the smug SOBs. And I was happy to note that in a deleted scene from 413, Sam compared Vaughn to a snake, as I had. 
But it's time to move on to S5!
My vote for most fun guest star is Dixon from 510 "Army Of One." He was SO funny!
Dixon: "I said I don't want to talk to you. Go away!"
Sam: "Dixon, I just need a small favor, ok?"
Dixon: "Favors are for friends, and friends don't taze one another and put them in the trunks of cars!" (True, that.)
Sam: "First of all, that was years ago. Second, I said I was sorry. And you know, third, if you'd agreed to help, I wouldn't have had to do it."
Dixon: "You never have to taze anyone! Ever! How can you sit there and - mmm - (frustrated gesture of waving no with hands) - Leave me alone!"
Sam: "Dixon. Just hear me out. A quick trip to your lab, we take some stuff off a computer, you never see me again."
Dixon: "Oh, since you put it that way...NO!"
(Of course, Fi then enters and tazes him. Sam & Fi then put him in the trunk...)
(Upon Fi opening the trunk later...)
Dixon: "You guys suck!"
(Fi spots his tracking anklet.)
Sam: "You're under house arrest? Why didn't you say something?"
Dixon: "Oh, I'm sorry, did I forget to mention that when I was unconscious? I'm unconscious because you tazed me!"
Sam: "You help us with our computer problem, I'll call in a favor with my cop buddies, see what we can work out."
Dixon: "So you're saying that if I do you a favor, that you'll attempt to solve the problem that you just created for me!"
Giving up: "Fine..fine, fine!

Ever the Larry fan, I can't resist an excuse to give him some love from 512! Who else has ever been so menacing to Michael?
You deserved to be burned.
While I would love more than anything for Michael to have the personal satisfaction of killing Larry, I can't believe that Larry survived Fiona's blast.
After all, he was standing about 2 feet away from the explosive that Michael called, "the good stuff".
While I think he tried to duck away, as seen here:
the blast was enormous, as can be seen here, shown from the inside, or Larry's POV.

I have to agree with you! So satisfying to see Michael take out Larry but if he "survived" that blast - and, as Michael said, it WAS the "good stuff" - I'll be a little disappointed with the writers. So now Fi has taken out Carla and, supposedly, Larry. What a good girl friend! Three dinners at The Forge!Ever the Larry fan, I can't resist an excuse to give him some love from 512!
