I thought I had heard that before. I watch JAG, and they come up often. It seems obvious to me that he's just covering his ass. And if he's so great, why does he need Rhodes and DeBiase behind him all the time? Is he afraid to take on HHH by himself? Oh yeah, I forgot, he's 'afraid of what he'll do to HHH'. Whatever.
