I have been watchin the show forever. I cant get enough of it. I noticed that Mark Harmon's legs look, for lack of better word, crooked. Did he have something happen to his legs?

Bowing is the correct medical term to describe someone with crooked legs. I work as a teacher and one of the children in my class has bowing of the legs which is caused by the bowing of the leg bones. I undrestand that Mark Harmon played quaterback at UCLA, and he might have develpoed knee problems for years of abuse from playing football.

If he rode (or rides) horses it could be caused from that. Never know...

Mark dose ride horses with his family when they go on vac. Now to have that happen from horseback riding you would have to ride everyday for a very long time. I've had horses for over 26 yrs and I have not had a problem. (Not saying that because I didnt have problems that he would not) I do know of a few who do have that problem. :D

I have read that MH has an abducted knee from his football days. If someone could explain what exactly that means i would appreciate it because i am curious.

If your knee gets badly yanked outwards or inwards from its normal position, especially to the side, it could be called "abducted." so it can make you bow legged or knocked knee

I've never noticed, I guess I've been distracted by the fact that he is always wearing pants that are too baggy and don't fit. =)
