Thesr are my favorite qoutes

Never let suspects stay together.
Always wear gloves at a crime scene.
The best way to keep a secret? Keep it to yourself. Second best? Tell one other person - if you must. There is no third best.
Never say you're sorry ( Don't apologize ). It's a sign of weakness.
Always be specific when you lie.
Never ever involve a lawyer. Things are bound to turn nasty.
Never, ever bother Gibbs in interrogation.
Never mess with a marine's coffee ( if you want to live ). (I love this one!)

:)

Neal: You guys should get those Christmas tree air fresheners.
Peter: You don't like the van. Noted.

--------
Shawn: I'm just getting started, you giant cockroach. You know what? That was out of line. I apologize to cockroaches everywhere, especially Jiminy Cricket, although for the first time in thirty years, it occurs to me... he might be a cricket.
Gus: Of course he's a cricket.

I'm surprised none of you listed #11. It was mentioned along with #12 in the episode "Semper Fidelis". Gibbs told Tony to remember rule 11, to which he answered was "Never date a co-worker", then realized he got tricked into admitting his state of mind concerning Ziva and corrected that that was 12 and #11 was "When a job is done, walk away".

OK,

A lot of us remember the rules, but . . . .

Who started Gibbs on the rules?

Hints:

1. It wasn't his Dad.

2. "Don't you believer that everyone should have a set of rules to live by?"

Inigo Montoya: You know Fezzik, you finally did something right.
Fezzik: Don't worry, I won't let it go to my head.

It was Shannon (that's his first wife's name, right?) when they showed them at the train station when he was younger and they first met during a flashback scene. But I can't remember what the episode was called or what else it was about.

Chris O'Donnell! I remembered his name, after seeing previews of the new show starting! I saw the other guy who stars in it, I don't know his name, tell me somebody, Chris's partner, anyhoo, on the View, and he said this NCIS will be more dramatic and action packed then NCIS, with my fav with Mark the hot Harmon! :P

Thanks for the info, krodgers. I think it's LL Cool J. More action packed is interesting for NCIS: LA. I hope NCIS remains the way it is though with it's balance of action and humor. It's got a lot of great character interaction and individual character depth that keeps me hooked on it. The coundown is on - 4 more days! WooHooooo! :D

IMO, I think it's a sad commentary on the state of television writers today. They did this with CSI-CSI-Miami-CSI-New York and now they're doing it with NCIS.

LA one might think of a latino/Mexican decent person to head the office instead of the black guy, but then oh wait, we have a black pres. :( could there be a connection. :P ; he even lives in an semi-exclusive el-blanco town on Long Island.
Inigo Montoya: You know Fezzik, you finally did something right.
Fezzik: Don't worry, I won't let it go to my head.

Yeah, that's his name! Thanks Kelly! Do you go over to the LOCI board too? If that's you, I told them to answer the guessing episode, so we could move it along! LOL!!! You're always welcome there too, all of you are, only if ya love LOCI! J/K! :P
