Sunflower Seeds Campaign?, Whatever happen to this Plan? Don't you want to try? Options

Someone a while back had an idea about sending USA, Bonnie Hammer sunflower seeds. What became of that plan?

What about everyone going to a place like http://www.nutsonline.com. They have raw sunflower seeds { in shell} for $1.99/lb. And it shipped to Bonnie Hammer at USA Network and make sure she knows who and where it from. You get add a free message on the packing ship like SAVE THE 4400 and your name, city, State or country all for $8.19. I have no idea how to plan something like this and I'm hoping someone on this board does. If all the people world-wide who have posted on this board got behind this maybe hopefully we get notice and our closure or dare we hope for more seasons. After all why not reach for the most we can get. We have nothing to lose and everything/anything to gain.



P.S. I haven't a clue what I'm doing but I'm tire of seeing shows I like killed off while not trying to do something. And we have proof something similar has worked.

Hey Bubba, you're probably the most well-known member of the board and great at organizing. How about a plan with a specific date pinned to the board where all will notice it..

I'm hoping we can get someone like Bubba to pinned a message to the board with a plan for everyone to co-ordinate an specific week to bombard USA Network with seeds, etc. USA would love for us to just give up and reading some of these post seem to suggest some of us have. About 1989 and 90 a couple of books came out in this series and a third was promised then it just seem to get lost but I never forgot and years later I found a way to contact the authors and make a pest of myself. It was about 12 years late but that third book came out. It was a small press but who cares I read the book. As I mention "The Pretender" people are going for closure with some kind of web-based episodes so nothing is ever hopeless and we can do this. Maybe USA will hear us or maybe someone else will and give it a go. We can start our own Revolution!!!

What do you need? I can't remember ever caring about a show as much as this one so I want to do this. We have board member from NYC, NY maybe they paper USA executes cars or something.

And what's with the petition? Is anybody but us seeing it? Is it going to been sent to USA?

Hi I just found out about the cancelation of the 4400. I'm part of the campaign to save the Dresden Files on Sci-Fi - also run by Bonnie Hammer. If you guys would like to work together, let me know & I'll run it by the rest of the fans.

I posted this in the REACT TO SAVE THE 4400 thread and a couple others. Here's my idea:

Many fans have stated on the boards that they have been sending letters asking for a renewal and some even including sunflower seeds to USA over the last couple of months (I've sent letters and included a print out of our Petition thread most of the time). But I have a suggestion now that we have official news (horrible, rotten, disgusting news!) I think that a good idea may be to set a date and have ALL fans send a letter at the same time. Another poster earlier (bahmo, I think) that a running faucet is better than a dripping one, or something like that.

Let's pick a date, or several, in January and start mailing our letters in all at once. I think the effort is at least worth a stamp. What does everyone think?

BTW, the fact that sooo many new people have signed up here recently is also extremely encouraging to me.
