Rules 1-75? Not Yet., The making of the list... LOCI & Associated Options

So JC was asking about a copy of the VDO rules... Since we started at 76, it was assumed that there was 1-75 out there somewhere.

Well there isn't. Yet. I made up rule 76 using that number because the Rules of teh Internet didn't go up that high and Goren's badge number is 4376.

Since this would be
1. a big project & 2. require at least 75 more rules to be made up

I'd like to call this list the LOCI & Associated rules instead of just the VDO rules and ask for contributions.

Through the course of discussion the list will be compiled together and when we have a full list, a final version will be decided on by the group at large. That will then become the "offical" list.

Weigh in, toss in your ideas, don't be shy. This is like a brainstorming thread so just say whatever you'd like to see and we'll try to work with it to make it "list-able."

1 - All other shows are ways to pass the time until LOCI comes on again.
2 - Silence is never silent.
3 - Everyone will confess. No Exceptions.
4 - If there is ever an exception to Rule 3, it will be Nicole Wallace.
5 - Sarcasm is NOT optional.
6 - Healthy skepticism: Carver's favorite passtime.
7 - Ocean's Two shall have a standing poker night every Tuesday.
8 - Under no circumstansses will Eames sit at home and knit.
9 - Doors are meant to keep everyone else out.
10 - Tit for Tat.
11 - DANCE LIKE THERE'S NOBODY ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE TWO-WAY!!
12 - LOCI is educational! Did you know sharks don't have scales?
13 - You don't TRULY know something, until you taste it.
14 - You don't TRULY know something, until you smell it.
15 - You don't TRULY know something, untill you touch it.
16 - You don't TRULY know something, until you see it.
17 - You haven't really seen anything untill you see it from every angle, including sideways.
18 - Eames must use the phrase "No, see..." at least once per episode.

25 - Robert O. Goren is hereby ordered to dye half his dress shirts blue!
26 - If things are going badly, slap the interrogation room table. Hard. No, harder!
27 - If anything is worth writing down, write it in a leather binder.
28 - Captain Ross will inform you of all the little-known, minute details of New York history.
29 - Saying your last name is the only acceptable way to answer the phone.
30 - The most important investigative tool is a Library Card.
31 - Females shall always carry inhalers in case of emergencies or moments of hotness.
32 - Don't be afraid to eat donuts just because there's a stigma. Mmmm... Donuts...
33 - Always listen to your partner, even if you already know the answers.
34 - There's smutfic and shipper fic of EVERYONE. No exceptions.
35 - If there isn't any already in existence, it will be created.
36 - Do not mess with M.E. Rodgers. She works with dead people for a reason.
37 - You aren't considered a True CI fan until you have all episodes on DVD, on your DVR, and still rush home to watch it on TV.
38 - Real CI Fans watch Logan episodes too.
39 - If you've gone to your stylist and said "Give me an 'Eames'" & expect them to know what you're talking about, you're a CI Fanatic.
40 - The more ridiculous the hat, the more likely Barek owns it.
41 - There is always time for pancakes. Or donuts are fine too.

51 - The Captain always wants you to Step into them. Kids are involved: Step into them HARD.
52 - Logan will fly off the handle at least once every three episodes.

54 - It isn't adultery to fantasize about your favorite LOCI cast member. It's a God-given Right.
55 - Always make time for the four legged witnesses.

57 - Ross' hair will be a subject of discussion forever. No one will ever really like it.
58 - Captain Deakins: Rockin' the eyepatch. It's a medical thing, honest.
59 - If you let the detectives get inside, your personal effects are open to police scrutiny.
60 - Logan will always have a new partner.
61 - Half the people will love her and half won't.
62 - If thy Name is Mike Logan, Thou shalt wear a plaid tie.
63 - The circumstances surrounding Barek's depauture will never be explained, except in fanfiction, and it will always have something to do with her being in love with Logan.
64 - Arms will be folded when not in use.
65 - Rules are meant to be broken. Except these.
66 - Chairs are for sitting on, THIS way round.
67 - Public Health Warnings must be given before any hot moments.
68 - Guns can be drawn for any reason. Or no reason. Or just to mess w/ the suspect.
69 - VDO is always capable of looking hotter than you thought he could.
70 - The tie clip debate will remain open indefinitely.
71 - Eames gets to drive.
72 - Bishop can scroll too.
73 - Shades on at all times when outdoors.
74 - Rolling up long sleeves is demanded.
75 - Dress shirts should be unbuttoned MORE than one button.

77 – Clothing for VDO is totally optional.
78 – Moar scruff.
79 – No quirky facts before 11am.
80 - Mostly a touch is just a touch.
81 - More dress blues. Cause uniforms are hawt.
82 - The officer will show you out.
83 - You can never, ever have enough Goren.

I wanted a no tie clip rule, can't I have one? But I guess since Bobby insist on wearing them, I will never get my wish, unless I go and break into the wardrobe dept and steal all the tie clips. But then I would have to steal all the tie clips of the world. Or create a machine that zaps them all out of the world. hmmm better get working.
