ok, this one is bad.... I have a student named Alex. I was trying to get her attention in the hall and I called out, "Alex! Alex!" When she didn't answer me, I almost yelled, "Eames!"
Now, that is pathetic!!!

ok,is it bad when you son tells you that his class is conducting an investigation (I forgot what they were investigating) and you tell to teach him how to do the Goren lean for when he ask his questions. . . . .
We are all something else aren't we. All focused on CI and VDO.

I had a crush on my friends dad once...that was awkward.
LOL! I did too, but it wasn't so bad because I was 18 at the time. He was a flirt, so it wasn't totally my fault either. My friend was reallllly freaked out about it though & she more or less told me to back off in a notsonice way. I reminded her that her that he was divorced & single (fair game) & whoa! She didn't talk to me for several weeks after that...I got the message! ::hangs head in shame:: (blame it on being young & stupid)

I'm not sure which is worse--VDO reading this, or his wife reading this........
No kidding, some of the things on here can make me blush & I'm not even him. I don't think his wife would be too upset about it though. Hubby has been mistaken for Brett Favre before & I think it's comical when women stare...I get a certain amount of pleasure in it...one of those "I have him & you don't" things...then I think "if you only knew him the way I do, you wouldn't want him".
I'd be mortified if his daughter read here...that's a horrible thought!

Now that would have been embarassing especially if there were any ci fans in the hallway at the time who knew who Alex Eames was. lmbo

Your hubby looks like Brett Favre? Lucky, lucky you!

My husband was watching Pretty Woman again last night and I noticed that VDO had been in movies with both Julia Roberts (2 that I know of) and Laura San Giocomo. Of course I do this every tme I watch a tv show or movie but I don't consider it pathetic. I call it being observant.

I'm late to this topic so forgive me, but I don't think we're pathetic at all. I go to CI in particular when I'm bored or not getting the attention at home I want. Or when I'm stressed. In CI the world is a manageable place and people are on your side. It's not the real world, obviously, but it's a good place to be when I want a break from the real one. A book with adorable looking people and the good guys almost always win.

That's a nice, healthy way of looking at it. The real world is so depressing lately (war, economy, natural disasters, and the list goes on & on...). People need a break & they need to see some justice occuring (even if it's on tv & not in RL).

Aside from hair & eye color, scruff & general body build, he doesn't look anything like him.

My brother told me he has to move out of his apartment by June 30th and I said, "Thats Vincent D'Onofrio's birthday and he was like, "Oh my God..." It was funny!

One of the pass words I use on a site not in my real name is Donofrio and his age at the year I started going there as it was distinctive than the rest of my passwords for this particular use. I don't know any others with that name so it wasn't hard to remember.

I don't call this pathetic ... but "seeking comfort"...
I take breaks at work to check in with all the Vincent forums I know of and to come here ... Sometimes I get a good laugh... and sometimes?... There are some pix of Vincent posted that are so beautiful ?... They make me cry...
