I will start off by saying that I am an emotional wreck. We started having bi-weekly Non-Stress Tests 2 weeks ago. This week’s first test on Monday, brought up some concerns. They were then confirmed yesterday, when we were diagnosed with preeclampsia. If you want to know more about Preeclampsia this is a good website: http://www.preeclampsia.org/

After meeting with my OB, we were sent for additional tests. We were also given a steroid shot to help the baby’s lungs develop quickly. Yesterday, I ended up being at the hospital for over 5 hours, and was too exhausted to send an update. Sorry.



Today, we met with the Parinatologist. We were given a second steroid shot & once again they explained to us the possibilities and that the only cure is to deliver. During the ultrasound, they found that the amniotic fluid is very low. This also added to a very scrunched up baby girl, and no really good pictures. L I am on strict bed-rest; however, I will be in the doctor’s office 2-3 times a week. We are going to continue the bi-weekly NST’s but also add bio-physical profiles and amnio-fluid level checks. We are trying to get our brains around the fact that we could deliver any day. We will be packing our bags tonight, to have them ready to go. Sina’s weight today was estimated to be 4 lbs 12 oz, so we are thrilled about that. She also looks to have wonderfully chubby cheeks & hands! Our doctor today said that it is great that we made it to 34 weeks, and we have given her every advantage to be born healthy w/the steroids. Every additional day is now a blessing & a bonus! I go back in tomorrow, Saturday November 14^th, for another NST & some lab work.

The little snowboader is going to be the Ty Murray of this season I think. His smile was clenched teeth and he kinda had the same terrified look on his face. I think he did pretty good and Len even gave him a 7....

Tomorrow will be the woman and Wednesday will have a double elimination - as I figured, too many couples at the start. Also there will be a Patrick Swayze tribute Wednesday they said.

It's a bit different with Jack Ingram having 1/4 of the brackets.
Jewel with 1/4, Jimmy Wayne with 1/4 and Justin Moore with the last 1/4.
Not sure exactly how those four will interact, but maybe that'll be on the TV show near the end of the contest.

Also there is a young man Zac Charles who tried out for NS in L.A. on the last season in Moore's bracket.

I was out of town today, so I haven't had a chance to watch very many of the people and their songs.

The criteria for 'single of the year" is total number times at number one, Total number of votes, Total number of weeks on the top 40 chart, number of chart country radio plays...These factors are all taken into considration and weighted when they pick the single of the year etc.

So let's vote to get Chris to #! again and keep voting each week to keep him on the charts.

BTW, You can also vote by sending an email to info@chartcountry.com with a listing of Chris' song and 4 other songs...These votes count DOUBLE!
